Terms and Conditions (Retail Sales)

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the retail sale of wheel rims, spare parts, byproducts or any other products by Carrier Wheels Private Limited (CWPL) via its website or other retail platforms. By purchasing products from us, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

  • Product Information CWPL provides detailed product specifications, including wheel rim sizes, bolt patterns, and tyre compatibility based on industry standards. While we strive to ensure accuracy, slight variations may occur. Please refer to product listings or consult with us for specific details.
  • Pricing All prices are in INR (Indian Rupees) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. CWPL reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.
  • Orders The Orders, placed through our website or during physical visit by buyer are subject to acceptance and availability. CWPL reserves the right to refuse any order, at any time, without providing reasons.
  • Payment Payments must be made in full at the time of purchase. CWPL accepts major credit cards, debit cards, UPI, Net Banking and other payment methods. The mark-up fees, transaction charges as per the payment method used, shall be on buyer’s account, which may vary from transaction to transaction and mode of payment used.
  • Delivery Products will be shipped within the delivery timeframe specified at the time of purchase. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. Customers will be notified in case of significant delays.
  • Warranty and Returns All CWPL products come with a manufacturer warranty, as per industry standards. Any defects must be reported within 7 days of receiving the product. Returns are subject to approval and must be in their original condition.
  • Limitation of Liability CWPL is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our maximum liability is limited to the cost of the purchased product.
  • Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Kairana, India only.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

General Shipping Information

  • CWPL ships products across India and select international locations. Shipping availability, rates, and delivery times may vary based on the destination.
  • All orders are processed within 2-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • Some PIN codes may not be serviceable by our shipping agencies/courier partners. In such cases the order shall be cancelled as per cancellation policy.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and depend on the delivery location, size, and weight of the product.
  • For certain products or regions, we may offer free shipping as part of promotional offers.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and may vary depending on the delivery location. Typically, deliveries within India take 5-7 business days, while international deliveries can take 7-14 business days.
  • Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, holidays, or transportation strikes. Customers will be notified of any major delays.
  • Shipping is done through reputed delivery partners, courier services or shipping agencies, approved by CWPL only. Choice of such shipping services shall be as per CWPL’s discretion. However, if feasible, the request of the customer for specific delivery partner, courier service or shipping agencies may be honoured.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellations

  • Customers can cancel their order before it has been dispatched. To request a cancellation, please contact us at [email protected] or call our customer support team.
  • If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, and you may proceed with a return once the item is delivered (see Return Policy).
  • CWPL. reserves the right to cancel any order due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to product unavailability or payment issues. In such cases, customers will be notified, and a full refund (excluding Mark-up fees or transaction fees) will be issued.

Refunds

  • Refunds are applicable in cases where the order has been cancelled by the customer (before dispatch) or by CWPL due to stock or other issues.
  • Refunds will also be processed if the product received is defective, damaged, or does not match the ordered specifications.
  • Refund requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product by contacting our support team. The product must be returned in its original packaging, unused, and with all tags or labels intact for the refund to be processed.
  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, a refund will be initiated. Refunds will be processed via the original payment method and may take 7-10 business days or upcoming billing cycle as the case may be, to reflect in your account.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Custom-made or specially ordered products are not eligible for refunds unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
  • Products showing signs of use, wear and tear, or damage caused by the customer will not be eligible for a refund.

Return Shipping

  • If the product received is defective or incorrect, CWPL will replace the product but not cover the return shipping costs. In other cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • It is recommended to use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance for returns. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Refund Processing Time

  • Once the returned product is inspected and approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days or upcoming billing cycle as the case maybe.
  • The time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary based on your payment method or bank.
